Bus Request Form for students changing schools next school year (2023-2024) can be found at: https://forms.gle/ee6iZqn5bYATT4ac7

This is for 6th grade students who are moving to middle school, transfer students from another school, and for students who did not ride the bus last year.  If your child currently rides a bus to Cocoa High School, you do not need to complete this form.

If your child was given a bus badge this school year, please hold on to it and keep it safe over the summer. Transportation will not be creating new badges for students who already received one.

If your child loses their badge over the summer, please contact the front office for information on how to request a new badge or a new one can be requested by clicking here: Student Replacement (or Never Received) Transportation Badge.
