Academic Team

Academic Team is a quiz bowl style competition between high schools in Brevard County.  Teams send 5 students at a time to work together and answer challenging questions from all academic content areas.  Each of three rounds ends with a themed team question.  At the end of the regular season, the highest scoring teams compete in the district championship match.  The highest scoring students from all schools in the district are invited to compete at the state championship which takes place at a Disney resort in April.
