Children entering kindergarten for the first time must comply with Florida Statue 1003.21 regarding age, which states a child must be five years old on or before September 1.  All children who will be six years old by February 1 of the school year, must attend school regularly during the entire school term.

Items needed for kindergarten registration:
- Original birth certificate or acceptable evident/documentation
- Compulsory immunizations
- Current physical
- Two forms of residence verification
