How do I request that a job be printed?
Posted by:Fill out a Printing Requisition completed with accounting information and job requirements. In insure timeliness, please include the date needed and accounting string. A Printing Requisition must be completed before your job will be printed.

Where is your production done?
Posted by:We are located in the northeastern quad (Pod 7) of the Educational Services Facility (ESF) in Viera.

What’s the minimum quantity you’ll print?
Posted by:With our digital presses we can print a quantity of one.

Are proofs/preflight included in the pricing?
Posted by:Yes. Please include your proof preference on the Printing Requisition.

How will I receive my orders?
Posted by:Most orders are shipped via district couriers with in 5 business days. Pick-up can also be arranged.

Can I order one or two color printing?
Posted by:Yes. One (other than black) and two color printing is available only with offset printing. For a custom quote, please e-mail: bolton.daren@brevardschools.org.

What file formats will you accept?
Posted by:Our preference is Adobe PDF but we will accept the following file formats: Indesign, MS Publisher, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel.

How do I get my files to you?
Posted by:Files under 10 mb can be e-mailed directly. For files larger than 10 mb, please e-mail simmons.timothy@brevardschools.org and a link to our district shared folder or FTP will be provided.
