The Florida All State Band consists of 150+ select band members from around the state of Florida. To audition, one must prepare rigorously and attend a recorded audition session in the Fall. This recording is sent off to a highly qualified and trained judge and All State members are chosen through this process.
If selected, students will prepare the ensemble music on their own until meeting in Tampa in January for full day rehearsals that end with a performance. This concert will take place during the Florida Music Educator’s Conference.
