My name is Kim Dickman and I have taught music at Dr. W.J. Creel for over 30 years! I am a proud Seminole, having earned my degree in Music Education from Florida State University, and hold certifications in Orff-Schulwerk, Creating Original Opera, and Yamaha Music In Education. I received a National Board Certification as an Elementary Music Specialist in 2002, and served the state of Florida as a Music Demonstration School for nine years. I currently serve on Brevard Public Schools Music Leadership Team. I am married to a proud UF Gator (it’s only crazy in November…) and have four children and two grandchildren. When I’m not at our school, you might find me working at several of our local community theaters or with some of our high school theater programs. I am excited to see our students grow through participating in music this year!

My name is Vijay Saam, a graduate of University of Florida. I have been a Media Specialist for 13 years serving our Dr. W.J. Creel families. I am also certified to teach Computer Science Kindergarten – 12th grade. I have been an advocate for children and public education in Brevard County for over 25 years as a volunteer and employee of Brevard Public Schools and other community organizations.
I have two adult daughters both graduates of Brevard Public Schools and one a Creel Eagle! I enjoy walking (trails, beach, causeway, etc.), kayaking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
