LEARNER EMPOWERMENT AGENCY PARTICIPATION
LEAP is a community-based, nonpaid internship program (4 hours/day, up to 2 days/week) for young adults in the B.L.A.S.T. Program. Interns must have a desire to work within the community and gain competitive employment skills. An application and interview process is required. Interns work alongside a job coach with real world work experiences.
