Open Enrollment Appeal Procedures for 2023-24

Parents and guardians may submit an appeal to the Open Enrollment - Leading and Learning Office for any ELO/EPO application that was denied for the 2023-24 school year. 

To submit an appeal, you must complete the form below. 

All appeals MUST be received no later than June 9, 2023. Appeal forms may be emailed to openenrollment@brevardschools.org or mailed to Open Enrollment, Brevard Public Schools, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL 32940.

Decisions will be sent via EMAIL within 2 days of the Appeal Team's decision.
