STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN CLUBS/ACTIVITIES/SPECIAL EVENTS
Students MUST have a permission form on file for EACH club/activity/event in which they would like to participate. Students will not be allowed to attend meetings or events without the appropriate permission form submitted.
