Welcome to my desk! My name is Rebecca Kamlet and I am the Literacy Coach here at SHS. This is my 4th year working for SHS (last year I was the coach @ Gemini Elementary but I missed my SCORPS too much!), and I absolutely love working with teachers and students. Each week (unless I don't have something to share) I will be adding resources and information to this page. My goal is to share anything from student tips & strategies, to events, contests, study skills, etc., that are related to LITERACY. Florida Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month! September 15th- October 15th- Celebrating Florida's Hispanic heroes and their contributions to freedom.
Student essay contest winners will receive a 2-Year Florida College Plan scholarship provided by the Florida Prepaid College Foundation!!
