Open Enrollment Applications
It is time for those students looking to come to EGHS for one of our programs to apply for the 2023-24 school year. Use this application if you are ZONED to attend Eau Gallie High School and are in the 8th grade. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdISjiInm6KoV-ikSp2XhWZ82T_qAlgYnf-uxvBkfyBuv1uZA/viewform?usp=sf_link
If you are zoned to attend any other high school, you will need to go to the Brevard Public Schools website and search ‘Open Enrollment – Parental Choice’. Apply using this link. https://brevardflc.scriborder.com/family
Below is the timeline for the non-zoned applications.
Commodore parents, it is that time of year to re-enroll your student for the next school year. This year Brevard Public Schools will begin doing the re-enrollment paperwork process through FOCUS. It must be done in the Parent FOCUS portal and cannot be done through the Student FOCUS portal. If you do not have your parent FOCUS portal set up, this is the time to do so. To set your account you will need a parent/guardian pin code. A custodial parent/guardian will need to come to the school or contact the guidance department to receive their pin.
Click here for a reference guide to complete the re-enrollment paperwork process. Be sure to complete this by May 6 so you can receive your fast pass in the month of July through the mail. If you do not have access to the internet, please stop by the front office to pick up paper copies. After completing them, please return them to the front office along with two proofs of residency.

Parental Consent for Health Care
As required by Florida Statute 10143.06(1), parents or legal guardians must authorize healthcare services to be provided for their child by a healthcare practitioner or their delegate should the need arise for such treatment , while their child is under the supervision of the school. The form is available on our homepage and available in English and Spanish. Please print, fill out and return to the front office or your child can bring it to the front office. If you do not fill out a form, this will result in an indication of “no” for healthcare treatment.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
