The Administrative Pipeline cultivates leadership centered around the Florida Principal Leadership Standards. Within the Administrative Pipeline, there are 4 cohorts specifically designed to provide professional development, collaboration, mentorship, and job-embedded tasks to expand upon foundational leadership skills. This academy is for faculty completing their Educational Leadership degree and certification to seek a future leadership position.

This program is required training for all first year assistant principals and the prerequisite for AP Academy Year 2 and Level II Principal Certification Program.

This program is after successful completion of AP Academy Year 1 and a prerequisite for Level II.
Level II Principal Certification
Level II is a 2 year program aligned to the certification requirements for principalship in Florida.
