    Future Melbourne high school students will need to bring the following documents to enroll:

    Transferring from another Brevard County School

    Completed registration packet (can be picked up in the guidance office)

    2 proofs of residency (one from each tier, see checklist link below)

     

    New to Brevard County

    Completed registration packet (can be picked up in the guidance office)

    2 proofs of residency (one from each tier, see checklist link below)

    Birth Certificate

    Immunization records

    Transcript/Final Report Card - we can request this from your previous school
