Facilities Services, which includes the Offices of Permitting, Energy/Resource Conservation, Operations & Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, and Planning & Project Management, is committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for all students and staff through the proper planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance and inspection of our educational facilities in the most economical manner possible.

Sales Surtax Money Put To Good Use
Viera, FL--This summer will be busy across most BPS schools. Dozens of construction projects will help improve the learning environment for students. Most of the projects are being paid for using Sales Surtax money. Voters extended the surtax last November and now that vote will begin paying off in the classroom.
Here is a look at two significant projects from the first sales surtax and a look ahead to what's next:
