NOTE: Parents of current BPS students will need a Parent FOCUS Portal linked to their students. If your student is not linked, email your PIN request to Johnson.John@BrevardSchools.org.

Information for New Enrollment Application - How to create a Focus Parent Portal and enroll a new-to-Brevard student using the online enrollment application.

Course Request: Current Freshmen, Sophomores & Juniors Only

• BPS Google Course Request Form - students can access this by using their BPS Google Share account [student number@share.brevardschools.org]

Course Request: Current 8th Graders Only  

• SY2024 Course Request Worksheet: Class of 2027 - use this PDF worksheet to make your course choices before entering them in the BPS Google Course Request Form.
• BPS Google Course Request Form: Class of 2027 - students can access this by using their BPS Google Share account [student number@share.brevardschools.org]  

Course Request: Students Not Currently in a BPS School (Charter Schools, Home Ed, Private, New to Brevard Public Schools)

• Non-BPS Google Course Request Form - For any student who does not have a BPS Google Share account.
• Note: current 8th graders must choose their classes from the SY2024 Course Request Worksheet: Class of 2027 .

Registration: Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting in the cafeteria.

Requirements: Student and Parent Must Attend Together

1. Check for completed re-enrollment application
   1. If your student is not on the list for Bayside High School, you may need to withdraw from your current 2022-23 Brevard school of enrollment. If you are new to Brevard, please contact Bayside Guidance at 321-956-5000, ext 21506 as soon as possible.
   2. If the re-enrollment application has not been completed, enrolling parents may complete the application on July 29 (plan on an additional 40 minutes).
   3. If your address has changed since your re-enrollment application, please complete an address change before July 26.
   4. All parents must show 2 proofs of residency on July 29. Examples are FL Drivers License & Vehicle Registration (for complete list see: Tier 1 & Tier 2)
2. $2 registration fee (cash only)
3. Student ID card
4. Student class schedule
5. Optional: bus pass, free or reduced lunch, Focus parent PIN
6. The campus will be open for students to locate classrooms.
