Hello and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Melissa Schrack and I have been teaching at MILA for 9 years. While at MILA I have had the privilege of working in 6th, 5th and 3rd grade. I think MILA is a wonderful place to learn and grow for your child. This is my second year as the Adaptive PE teacher in the SMILE Lab. SMILE stands for Sensory, Motor, Intense Learning, and Environment. It is a place where we focus on gross motor skills, balance, health and wellness. Students will have an opportunity to listen to different genres of music through dance and yoga. We discuss many relevant health topics and make connections to healthy minds through healthy bodies.
I am certified to teach K-6 Elementary Education and K-12 Exceptional Student Education. I am also a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and CPR First Aid/AED certified.
Please call 454-1070 or you can email me at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with your child. It is truly a gift and I appreciate it.
I almost forgot to tell you about Mrs. O’Connor. Mrs. O has worked for Brevard County Schools for 4 years. She is our wonderful Instructional Assistant who works with me and many other teachers at school. This year her youngest child is in 6th grade and will be moving onto middle school next year. She is also a member of the PTO and SAC Committees.
