  • Brevard Virtual’s National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society provide amazing opportunities for students in 6th – 12th grade!

Students participating in the NHS or NJHS will experience a sense of community with other BVS students in face-to-face meetings held here at Clearlake. They will also partake in fun and engaging service projects with others to earn hours that can be used towards NHS/NJHS and the Bright Futures Scholarship. Actively being a part of the NHS/NJHS looks wonderful on college applications and resumes. Students can also choose, after at least one year of membership, to run for an officer position for greater participation.

Shy students need not be deterred! The NHS/NJHS is welcoming to new inductees and is a great place to make friends with like-minded peers.

  • The Haven for Children

National Honor Society/ National Junior Honor Society has taken on a worthwhile project for all BVS students and staff to consider.  As a service learning project, the BVS NHS/NJHS have adopted The Haven for Children.  Each time students visit the Clearlake campus, they can bring in an item(s) to put in our donation box to be given to needy children at The Haven.
Here is the link to find out more information to help children in need:

The Haven for Children needs our help!  Child abuse and neglect continue to be a serious problem in our county, state and country. Children who come from abusive family situations often have special needs ... and we can help them with our donations!
