• Paper registration packets must be completed for students currently enrolled in any Brevard County Public School.  Incomplete packets and emailed forms will NOT be accepted. 

    Registration packets will be sent home with students during the month of April.  Please complete every item and make sure to include parent AND student signatures on every form.  Return the completed packet to DeLaura along with the required two proofs of residence (one item from each Tier):

    Tier 1 – copy of Driver’s License, lease or mortgage.  Must have current address.

    AND

    Tier 2 – copy of a recent (within 30-45 days) electric, water or cable bill with residing address printed on the bill.

    Bus request form (complete ONLY if your child is changing schools for the 2022-23 school year (moving from elementary school to middle school) or did not ride a bus during the previous school year:

    Parent attendance will be required in August for the remaining registration stations: fees, yearbook, buses, and schedule pick-up.
