    Sports Physical Info for 2022-23

    The eligibility packet to play sports for the 2022-23 school year is now available.  Completed packets need to be turned into the head coach of the sport you are trying out for.  The eligibility packet can be accessed under "Important Documents" on this page.  Students will NOT be allowed to participate until all paperwork is completed and turned in.
