PreK-12 Scholarship Programs

Florida provides a variety of school choice options inclusive of scholarship programs. 
These programs allow parents choice among public and private schools.

The Family Empowerment Scholarship Program, includes two branches of eligibility,  the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options(FES EO) and the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES UA).

to an incident of battery; harassment; hazing; bullying; kidnapping; physical
attack; robbery; sexual offenses, harassment, assault, or battery; threat or

public school with capacity or enroll in an approved private school.
