STUDENT CHECK OUT PROCEDURES & GUIDELINES

Please be advised of the student check-out procedures and guidelines in place for the safety and well-being of your student.

• The contacts you provide for your student are EMERGENCY CONTACTS only. This means in an emergency situation if you as the registered parent(s) or documented legal guardian(s) are not available, you may instruct us to allow a person on your emergency contact list to check out your student.

• If you would like someone on your emergency contact list to check out your student any other time (someone that is not the registering parent(s) or documented legal guardian(s), we ask that you notify the front desk in advance of this check out. This is for the safety and security of your student.

• Please confirm that we have your most up to date cell/work phone contacts.
