Biometric Screening &Health Assessment Could Lower Medical Deductible for BPS Employees and Family
Viera, FL -- Having a Biometric Screening and a Health Assessment could reduce the 2022 in-network deductible for BPS employees and their spouses who have BPS medical coverage.
To complete a Biometric Screening: Schedule an appointment for one at a BPS Well-Care Center. When you schedule, be sure to mention that the appointment is for this screening, which is free. Or you can have your doctor perform the screening, but only during an annual physical and using the BPS form found here: Biometric Screening Form.
To complete the Health Assessment: Go online to www.MyCigna.com and log in using your username and password. Make sure to have the following data available from your screening: cholesterol levels, height, weight, blood pressure, and waist measurement.
You must complete the Biometric Screening and the Health Assessment to receive the reduced deductable in 2022.
The deadline is November 15, 2021. You can email questions to BPSBenefitsWellnessAndChoice@Brevardschools.org.
