Florida Heiken will be providing free eye exams or vouchers for students in Brevard County. Additionally, eligible families may qualify for free glasses. This service is for students in grades Pre-K through 12th grades. Applications are due by March 9, 2022.
Once applications are received, a list of school-based sites will be determined to host the mobile eyecare unit. Sites with the highest participation/need will be priority sites. Multiple sites may be able to be served each day. Exams will take place April 11-15, 2022. A central location will be used for any interested parents to bring their child on April 15, a student-teacher holiday. APPLY HERE!
