Congratulations to Roderick Foster of Ronald McNair Magnet School! He has been named BPS' 2022-2023 Employee of the Year. Roderick is a Tech but he does more than just make sure our equipment is working. Mr. Foster is a mentor to students and a trusted voice in the McNair community.

I make myself available beyond my normal work hours because I know how important it is for teachers, staff, and students to have working technology. I take pride in building rapport with students, mentoring as needed, and implementing on-campus initiatives as extracurriculars," said Mr. Foster.
