JMS Registration Information

Parents/Guardians,

Registration packets for the 2022/2023 school year are ready to be filled out and turned in. Completing this process expedites your registration process at JMS in July.  We are releasing the online version of the packets with the list of pages JMS is requiring for registration (See below). Please click on the blue link below to access the packets and print, complete, and return the pages listed below.  All packets must be returned to the front office of JMS as a hard copy.  We cannot receive any packets via email.  All signatures must be in ink.  Paper packets will be available in Jefferson's front office after April 18.  In addition, please make sure you attach your two proofs of residency.  Incomplete packets will be set aside and held until registration day.
