VPK REGISTRATION INFORMATION - click the link.

Please be sure you have obtained the VPK Certificate of eligibility.  Information to obtain that certificate is in the link above. You will also need to fill out a registration packet. 

Registration Packets will be available in the front office from 7:30-3:30p.  No appointment is necessary, just wear a mask. 

Packets can be dropped back off in the office.

no online documents will be accepted.

Please note space is limited, an application does not guarantee placement. May require a selection process/lottery depending on the number of applications received.
