Early Release

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be early release days due to semester finals

Final exams

Final exams for the fall semester will be this week according to the schedule posted on our webpage and on Peachjar.

Attendance Appeals

Attendance Appeal packets went out today to those students with more than 4 unexcused absences for the second semester of the fall semester. They are due back to Mrs. Morin in attendance no later than 2:30 PM this Thursday.

Spring Semester Parking Permits

Spring semester parking permits will begin being sold this week. As a reminder all students must have a valid spring semester parking permit to park on campus. Parking Permits will be sold according to the schedule below. Spots are given on a first come first serve basis, and you must be present to pay for your spot, no proxy. You will also need to have all paperwork complete at the time of purchase. Incomplete paperwork will result in you needing to return on another day. Spring Parking Permit Applications have been posted to our school webpage. Please remember that we are only able to accept checks payable to West Shore, no cash. The cost is $10 for the spring semester parking tag. Seniors who paid to paint their spot will still be required to complete the Spring Semester Parking Permit Application so they can receive their new tag.

Parking tags will be sold on the following dates:

Tuesday, January 12- Seniors –during lunch

Wednesday, January 13- Juniors- after school from 2:30PM -3:00 PM

Thursday, January 14- Sophomores- during lunch

Friday, January 15- All grades-during lunch

 Spring parking assignments will go into effect on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Therefore, all students may only park in their assigned spot.

E-Learner Spring textbooks

Reminder that Fall semester books will be collected and Spring Semester books issued this week after school at the Media Center according to the schedule posted on our webpages, Peachjar and e-mailed to students and parents.

A-G      Wednesday, January 13^th       2:30PM – 4:00 PM

H-R      Thursday, January 14^th            2:30PM – 4:00 PM

S-Z       Friday, January 15^th                 2:30PM – 4:00 PM

On campus learners return their books personally to their teachers.

Yearbooks

Reserve your yearbook before it's too late!  Sales of this year's Arcadia yearbook will end on January 31st.  We will not have additional copies for sale after distribution this year, due to COVID, so it is imperative to reserve your copy online NOW.  Please go to Jostens.com to order your yearbook.
