Self-Care: Securing Your Mental Health

Welcome to the third week of distant learning.  As we are all trying to get acclimated to the busy days of working from home, teaching our children and tackling other responsibilities, we can sometimes forget about our mental health.  I have uploaded two documents to the resources section that discuss your mental health and social-distancing self-care during these challenging times.  Remember, if we are not well, we cannot do our best.  Take care of yourself!!!
