Swap 4 Free at the Cape Canaveral Public Library! Hey Moms and Dads! We’ve all been there holding onto kids clothes, toys, books, or even our own clothes and small items that are still in great shape but no longer needed. Selling them takes time, and dealing with no-shows can be frustrating. That’s why we started Space Coast Moms Swap 4 Free! Bring what you don’t need, take what you do. It’s that simple. Even if you don’t have anything to swap, you’re welcome to come and find something for yourself or your family. Everything is completely free! It’s not about money it’s about giving, sharing, and caring for our community and the environment. Join us every first Thursday of the month at the library (201 Polk Ave, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920) from 4:00-5:30 PM. Can’t wait to see you there for a fun and meaningful swap!

The Florida Purple Star School District Program was established by the Florida legislature in 2024. Once awarded, schools and districts will maintain their designation as a Purple Star School of Distinction or Purple Star School District for three school years. The purpose of the Purple Star School of Distinction Designation and Purple Star School District Program is to recognize schools that support the unique needs of military families, help military-connected students navigate critical challenges and provide resources for military-connected students when transitioning to a new school environment. We are asking our military families to please send in a photo to hang on the wall of distinction in the front office. Our goal is to support you in many ways!
