Summary of the grade reporting process in FOCUS

  1. Teachers finalize grades for the marking period.

  2. Secondary ONLY - Posted grades are visible for parents/students as the teacher POSTS (Except Charter schools)

  3. Elementary ONLY - Posted grades are visible for parents/students when the posting window closes. The district publishes a PDF of the report to the parent/student portal at 2:00 pm on the day the reports go home to parents

  4. "RATS" emails (grade reporting information) sent to school grade reporting Point of Contacts (link below) one week before the marking period ends
