Juniors & Seniors, save the date! Our "A Night in Rio" themed prom will be Saturday, April 26th at the Melbourne Auditorium from 7-10 pm.
This is an event for Melbourne High School Juniors & Seniors. Each eligible student may bring one guest if the guest is approved. To be eligible, students must be in good standing. All students who have more than 9 unexcused absences in any one class, any student who has financial obligations, or any student who is on the No-Go list for behavior issues will not be allowed to attend. Any student who purchases a ticket and loses their good standing by exceeding the 9 unexcused absences or getting suspended will no longer be eligible to attend.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Permission Slips: ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP ON FILE TO ENTER THE PROM, EVEN IF THEY PURCHASED A TICKET. The deadline for Prom Permission Slips for our Mel High Juniors and Seniors is Wednesday, April 23rd. Permission slips are attached, can be found on the Mel High website, or can be picked up in the library or front office. They should be returned to the front office.
Tickets for Mel High Juniors & Seniors: All ELIGIBLE students can purchase a ticket to prom through this link: https://gofan.co/event/3471504?schoolId=FL1210
Their access code is their student ID number. They will NOT be able to purchase a guest ticket with this link. The ticket price is $37.50. Their ticket to the dance will be digital. There will be NO paper tickets.
Tickets for Guests from other schools: To bring a guest from another school, you MUST pick up a guest form from the Dean’s office and return it by Monday, April 14th. Once the guest has been approved, a one-time code will be sent to the Mel High student’s focus email to purchase the ticket for the guest.
Tickets for guests of Mel Juniors & Seniors who are Mel High 9th & 10th graders: Any Melbourne High School 9th or 10th grade student who is coming as a guest of one of our Juniors or Seniors MUST be in good standing meaning they cannot have more than 9 unexcused absences in any one class, cannot have any financial obligations, and cannot be on the No-Go list for behavior. Once the student has been cleared, a one-time code will be sent to the Mel High student’s focus email to purchase the ticket for themselves.
