Florida Heiken will be providing free eye exams or vouchers to all families that apply on any internet-enabled device through www.floridaheiken.org . Eligible families may qualify for free glasses. This service is for students grades Pre-K through 12. Exams will be scheduled during the month of November.

Once applications are received a list of school-based sites will be determines to host the mobile eyecare unit. Sites with the highest participation/need will be priority sites. Multiple sites may be able to be served each day.

Applications are due by October 17, 2025
