At Satellite High School, Sales Surtax and Millage funds help support facility improvements, technology upgrades, campus safety, and resources for our students and staff. These investments help maintain our campus and provide an environment where our Scorps can learn, grow, and succeed.

Facilities Improvements

Funding has supported a variety of facility improvements across campus, including:

• Gymnasium bleacher improvements

• HVAC renewal

• Building envelope renewal

• Electrical renewal

• Covered walkways to portables

• Stadium bleacher renewal

• Drinking water fountain renewal

Technology and Campus Safety

Funds have also supported important technology and security upgrades, including:

• Switches and routers

• Wireless access points

• Security upgrades

• Weapons detection systems

Supporting Our Students
