We are pleased to share that our 2025-2026 School Improvement Plan was officially approved by the School Board on September 9, 2025. This plan outlines our priorities and strategies for strengthening academic achievement, enhancing instruction, and improving the overall school experience for all students. The approved plan is available for your review on our school website at the bottom of the “Welcome” page ( https://www.brevardschools.org/o/cres/page/welcome ). There is a printed copy in the Parent Involvement notebook in the front office and printed copies can be made available upon request. Hello Croton Families,

Health First Bright Star program is inviting you to join them for an unforgettable day at Camp Bright Star on November 8th, where gnomes bring light, love, healing, and hope for the holidays. This free, one-day camp is for children ages 5-12. This is being hosted at Gleason Park in Indian Harbour Beach, and registration is required.

It combines emotional support and grief education with a range of fun, interactive activities, focusing on uplifting and therapeutic experiences in the healing arts. Campers will be encouraged to learn healthy ways to process grief, make new friends who share similar experiences, and discover meaningful ways to heal - and find hope for the holidays.

See the attached flyer for more information.

The compact includes shared goals and responsibilities and is designed to strengthen our partnerships with families. We encourage families to review it and talk with their children about how we can all work together as a team.

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires that a Local Educational Agency prepare and disseminate an annual Local Educational Agency report card and provide information on state, local, and school performance and progress in an understandable and uniform format.

District and School grades provide an easily understandable way to measure the performance of a school. Parents and the public can use the grades and their components to understand how well each district and/or school is serving its students.

Use the links provided below to view either the 2024-2025 Brevard School District Report Card or Croton's School Report Card. If you would like a printed copy or need translation assistance, please notify the front office.
