Principal Message

Stevenson Families,

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing 5th grade families for treating our staff to a delicious Publix luncheon this week! Your generosity and thoughtfulness were especially appreciated during our parent/teacher conference night, when our team stayed late to connect with families. If you were unable to attend a conference and would still like to schedule one, please reach out directly to your child’s teacher—we’d love to connect.

Next week, we’re excited to celebrate Red Ribbon and Bully Prevention Week with fun themed days to promote kindness, safety, and healthy choices:

  • Monday: Wear a red shirt with uniform bottoms

  • Tuesday: Wear crazy socks to "sock it to drugs & bullying"

  • Wednesday: Wear an orange shirt with uniform bottoms for bully prevention

  • Thursday: Wear your uniform backwards because we turn our backs to drugs

  • Friday: Dress as a Mad Scientist as we engage in a day filled with fun hands-on science

I also have a few important reminders for our families. To help expedite our car loop and ensure safety, please remain inside your vehicle during both arrival and dismissal. Also, if your child has a field trip that requires arrival before 8:30 AM, please note that siblings may not be dropped off early to wait outside or in the hallways, as we do not have supervision available at that time. Lastly, don't forget to RSVP for our Veteran's Day celebration taking place on Friday, November 7 at 9:30am.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Have a wonderful weekend! I'll see you Monday in the car loop.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fleeger
