Stevenson Families, what a joyful and productive week we’ve had together! Our 3rd–6th graders demonstrated tremendous effort and perseverance on their FAST assessments in ELA and Math. We are so proud of them!
Next week, our K–2 students will have their turn, and we know they’ll do wonderfully with your continued encouragement.
We also had a smooth kickoff to our Penguin Walk using the PikMyKid app. Just a gentle reminder that families must walk up to pick up their child from the teachers supervising during dismissal. We thank you for your patience and understanding, as student safety is our top priority!
In addition to academic efforts and events, we’re celebrating big wins from our Innovation Games teams. Stevenson students earned 2nd place in Solar Sprint, 2nd place in Sea Perch, and 1st place in Esports—way to go, Penguins!
The excitement continues next week with our Holiday Shop, where students can choose thoughtful gifts for the special people in their lives. Also, looking ahead to next week, Mr. Yoh’s cookie delivery is expected on the 10th, so please plan accordingly for any larger orders that may need to be picked up. Our Jingle Bell Jog is coming up on Friday, the 12th. We can’t wait to see the festive fun that will be had!
And finally, if any parents are interested in volunteering to share a passion or skill with students during our Monday afternoon clusters throughout the second semester, please contact Mrs. Warren directly to discuss opportunities and scheduling.
Wishing all of our families a warm, restful, and festive weekend! See you Monday!
