Principal Message

Stevenson Families,

We had a wonderful week here at Stevenson, and we are so proud of our students. Our 4th–6th grade Penguins worked hard as they completed the state writing test this week. They showed perseverance, focus, and confidence, and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts.

There is no school tomorrow, so we will look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday. We hope our families enjoy the long weekend spending time with friends and loved ones, resting, and recharging.

Looking ahead to next week, our Student-Led Conferences will take place on Wednesday, April 8th, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. We are excited for our students to take the lead in sharing their learning and growth with their families.

On Friday, April 10th, our students will be welcoming our incoming kindergarten students to Stevenson. These tiny Penguins will get a special glimpse of what it’s like to be a Stevenson Penguin and will have the opportunity to meet their fellow Penguin role models. This is always such a joyful and special day for our school community. (Hidden Question)

That’s all for this week. Thank you for your continued support of our students and staff. Enjoy the long weekend, and I’ll see everyone on Monday in the car loop!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fleeger
