Stevenson Families,
What an incredible week it has been on our campus. We are so proud of our kindergartners, who took the stage for their very first performance—and what a mu-zoo-cal hit it was! Their confidence, joy, and hard work truly shined, and we are so grateful to our teachers and families for supporting these young performers.
I am also excited to announce our incoming Parent Group board. We are thankful to those that placed their vote to elect our newest members. Mrs. Caitlin Sharpe will serve as Chair, Ms. Laurel Anne Ryback will take on the role of Treasurer, and Mrs. Victoria Driggers will serve as Event Coordinator. We appreciate their willingness to serve and lead with such enthusiasm.
Another highlight this week is celebrating our Volunteer of the Year. We are incredibly grateful to recognize the Dillaman family for all they do to support Stevenson. They are always a phone call away and willing to do whatever is needed. Their commitment, generosity, and presence on our campus make a meaningful difference, and we are so fortunate to have them as part of our school family.
As we look ahead, our students in grades three through six will be taking their final state FAST assessment next week. The ELA assessment will be Tuesday and Math will be Wednesday. We are excited to see the growth they have made throughout this year and know they are well prepared to do their very best.
Next week we will be celebrating Staff Appreciation. We are excited to honor our incredible team at Stevenson that pour their hearts into our school community every day. The dedication, passion, and commitment to excellence make our school such a special place to learn and grow. Please join us in showing gratitude for all they do!
It is hard to believe we only have three weeks of school remaining! These final weeks are full of meaningful learning, celebrations, and fun activities. Thank you for continuing to partner with us to make every day count.
