Principal Message

Stevenson Families,

What a wonderful week it has been at Stevenson. As we head into the weekend, I would like to start by celebrating some fantastic student success. Congratulations to Amelia and Brooklyn for earning 2nd place at the district-level 4-H speech competition. We are so proud of you and your hard work.

This week, we also had the joy of celebrating our incredible team during staff appreciation week. A heartfelt thank you to each of you and our PVFO for spoiling our teachers and staff. Your generosity and thoughtfulness mean so much, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

I would also like to share a quick facilities update. Our flagpole rope has broken, and we are working to have it repaired as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are unable to proudly display our flags.

Our yearbooks have officially landed, and they are out of this world! We only have a handful of extra copies remaining, so do not miss your chance to grab one before they blast off for good. If the purchase option is still visible, you are cleared for takeoff. Head to buytheyearbook.com to secure your copy.

Looking ahead, our Enrichment Showcase will take place on Monday, May 18. Kindergarten and first grade students (yellow group) will present from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., second and third grade (blue group) from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., and fourth through sixth grade (green group) from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Cluster location information and RSVP details were sent home this week, so if you did not see your student’s yellow, blue, or green paper, please be sure to check with them.
