Stevenson Families,

Today was an amazing day as we welcomed families to campus for supply drop-off and classroom visits. It was wonderful seeing so many smiling faces, meeting new and returning families, connecting with teachers, and hearing everyone's excitement for the school year ahead. Students were especially excited to see the beautiful updates around campus, including our newly renovated bathrooms and fresh paint throughout the school. The energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and we cannot wait to have our classrooms filled with students again on Monday!

As we prepare for a fantastic first day, please keep these important reminders in mind:

Morning Arrival Procedures:

• Student drop-off begins at 8:30 a.m.

• Students may not be dropped off before 8:30 a.m. as supervision is not available prior to that time.

• Students must be in their seats and ready to learn by 9:00 a.m.

• Instruction begins promptly at 9:00 a.m., and we want every student ready for a strong start to the day.

• Campus gates will close at 8:58 a.m.

Students dropped off after 8:58 a.m. will not have enough time to make it to their classrooms before the 9:00 a.m. start time.

Uniform Policy Reminder:

Students are expected to adhere to the uniform policy each day. Please review the uniform policy and sample uniform violation notice to ensure your child is prepared and in compliance from the very first day of school.

Safety First:

For the safety of all students, families, and staff, all pedestrians must use the designated crosswalk located by the red book box on the east side of the parking lot. Please do not cross through other areas of the parking lot.
