What an amazing week of learning and community connection we've had!

Our students in grades 3-6 completed their first FAST assessment of the school year. These assessments provide our teachers with valuable baseline data to better understand each student's current level of achievement and to plan instruction that supports every child in mastering grade-level standards. We are proud of our students for their hard work and focus during testing.

We were also thrilled with the outstanding turnout for our 1st-6th Grade Open House yesterday. Thank you to all the families who attended and partnered with us in supporting student success. Building strong home-school connections is one of the keys to a successful school year.

Our Book Fair was a tremendous success! We appreciate everyone who has supported our school and helped promote a love of reading among our students. Thank you for helping put great books into the hands of our children.

Looking ahead to next week, Friday, September 4th will be a Paid Out-of-Uniform Day with a Sports Theme. Students are invited to wear their favorite sports-themed clothing while supporting our school. We will also host our first Volunteer Meeting at 9:10 a.m. in the cafeteria. (hidden question) We hope to see many of you there as we share opportunities to get involved and support our school community throughout the year.
