Stevenson Families,

What an incredible week we have had at Stevenson! On Wednesday, our students, staff, and families enjoyed an amazing Mega Blast event filled with excitement, fun, and school spirit. We also welcomed prospective families to our Prospective Parent Meeting and had the opportunity to share what makes Stevenson such a special place to learn and grow. We were excited to meet families who are considering making Stevenson part of their educational journey. For those interested in applying, the application window for incoming students for the 2027-2028 school year opens on November 16 and closes on January 8, with the district lottery scheduled for February 8. Renewal applications for our current Stevenson students will open on November 2.

As we look ahead to next week, please remember that Parent/Teacher Conference Night will be held on Tuesday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. If you would like to schedule a conference, please reach out directly to your child's teacher. We also hope to see many of our families at our annual Trunk or Treat event next Friday from 5:00-6:30 p.m. for an evening of Halloween fun and community connection.

Beginning October 26, the District will release the Federal Impact Aid Form in FOCUS. This form must be completed by every family and provides important funding information for our schools. To add a little friendly competition, the first classroom to reach 100% completion will earn an ice cream celebration!

The week of October 26 will also be Awareness Week, and we have several special activities planned to support learning, understanding, and inclusion across our campus. Please click on the hyperlink to view the flyer of events.

As we move into November, we are preparing for one of our most meaningful traditions, our Veterans Day Celebration on November 13. We would love to recognize and honor the veterans in our Stevenson family. If you or a family member is a veteran, please consider joining us for this special event. In order to plan appropriately, we ask that you RSVP via the hyperlink so we can ensure we have an accurate headcount.

That's it for this week. Have a wonderful weekend. I'll see you Monday in the carloop!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fleeger
