Stevenson families,

We had a wonderful week at school and would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our Parent-Teacher Conference Night. The opportunity to partner with families and celebrate our students' growth is always meaningful, and we appreciate your support and involvement.

A special thank you goes out to our 5th grade families for providing a fantastic luncheon for our staff on Tuesday. Your generosity helped keep our teachers fueled and energized throughout a very long day and evening or conferences. The delicious meal and thoughtful support were truly appreciated by everyone.

Next week, we will be celebrating Awareness Week! Students are encouraged to participate in each day's themed activities. Please remember that while students may wear the designated color shirt for each day's event, they must still wear uniform bottoms.

On Friday, we will celebrate Mad Scientist Day! Students may dress out of uniform as a "crazy scientist" and enjoy a day filled with exciting science activities and hands-on learning experiences. We would also like to thank the National Science Honor Society students from Merritt Island High School for volunteering their time to help make this day extra special for our students.

We are also excited to finally hold our Trunk or Treat event after two postponements. Join us on Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the grassy area near the Performing Arts Building for an evening of community fun and treats. We look forward to seeing our Stevenson families there! (hidden question)

As we prepare for our Veterans Day Celebration on November 13, we ask that our Stevenson Veterans please RSVP via the hyperlink by Friday, October 30th so we have an accurate headcount for the event.

That's it for this week. I hope you have a wonderful weekend, and I'll see you Monday in the car loop!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Fleeger
