Approved School Year 2024-2025 Attendance Boundary Change

At a public hearing held January 23, 2024, during the School Board meeting, the staff recommendation for the MILA Elementary School to Lewis Carroll Elementary School attendance boundary change was unanimously approved by the School Board. Please click HERE to see the agenda item.

The School Board will hold its Regular Board Meeting and Public Hearing regarding this attendance boundary change on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Educational Services Facility, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida.  The public is invited to attend.

At the October 24, 2023 School Board Workshop, one potential attendance boundary change was presented to the Board for review and discussion. The reason for the proposed change is to clean up the boundary between MILA and Lewis Carroll Elementary Schools to coincide with new subdivision boundary lines. A copy of the proposed boundary change is shown above.  You may view the Board Workshop Agenda Item HERE.
