LEGAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to FS 1001.372, That on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the Educational Services Facility, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida, in the Superintendents Conference Room, the above School Board will hold a Closed Session to discuss the Agreement between the School Board of Brevard County

(District) and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Local 1010 on a contract covering SY 2024-2025.  This meeting will take place directly following the Special Board Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Brevard County Public Schools’ Independent Citizens Oversight Committee (ICOC) will meet on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 commencing at 3:00 PM and continuing until duly adjourned.  The meeting venue will be the Board Room at the Educational Services Facility, 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida.  This meeting is open to the public.  Any person who decides to appeal a decision made by the ICOC with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing is hereby advised that he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  NOTICE TO PERSONS NEEDING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS AND TO ALL HEARING IMPAIRED PERSONS:  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in the proceedings should contact the School Board Office at (321) 633-1000 Ext. 11412.
