Senior Salem DeBerry was awarded the Merit Award for her art piece titled; "Cutting off the Dead Ends" at the Brevard Public Schools 2024-2025 K-12 School Board Virtual Art Show!
This district-wide K-12 exhibition/competition is the highlight event of our district’s visual arts programs. This year, the art show had a total of 524 entries (157 Elementary, 150 Middle School and 217 High School). There were many beautiful pieces of artwork that the judges had a very difficult time deciding. Congratulations to all Melbourne High students who participated in this year's show and for all their hard work and creativity that made this virtual show exceptional!
A special thank you goes to the school board, administrators, teachers, parents, community members, and the judging team for their time. Also, a special thank you to our sponsor Universal Orlando for their contributions that made this event possible, rewarding students for their creative efforts.
