Bonjour Through the Test by Jayda Blanc

For freshman, Marley Milligan, this was her first big test French test, and she walked in feeling nervous and excited. Her first year in French has been fill of new discoveries- from learning basic greetings to writing sentences in French. She practiced regularly with Quizlets and review games her teacher posted on Google Classroom. “I've learned so much in French so far”, said Milligan. Sophomore, Mikayla Raymond also felt prepared going into the test. As the test began, the room fell silent but intense with pressure except for the sound of pencils scribbling and pages turning. Many students felt the pressure but also a sense of pride in how much they had learned through the semester. The transition from the classroom lessons to real life test applications showed just how much progress they had made. “It wasn't as hard as I expected” shared student Mikayla Raymond.

When the final bell rang, a wave of relief filled the room. Some students exchanged smiles, others sighed in relief, but everyone walked away with of sense of accomplishment. The French test wasn't just about grades- it was a reflection of hard work, dedication, and the courage of tackling a challenge head-on.By the end of the day, students proved that dedication truly pays, one conjugation at a time.
