School Choice Application Process 

Brevard Public Schools offers School Choice options that allow families to apply to schools other than their zoned school of attendance.  

Before submitting a School Choice application, parents should review the School Choice Terms & Conditions. 

Applications submitted before the lottery deadline are included in the School Choice lottery and placed into priority tiers. 

To be included in the lottery, families must: 

• Submit a School Choice application through the Focus Parent Portal 

• Upload two proofs of residency- Tier 1 and Tier 2 

Applications missing required residency documents by the end of the lottery window will expire. Families who still wish to apply must submit a new application once the waitlist application period opens.
