2025 Summer Transportation

Summer School Buses
Once you register your student for the bus, they are good to ride the bus. Please print out a blank bus pass and fill in the blank fields and hand it to the driver the first day they ride.
Summer school bus stops are DEPOT stops. Which means for each school we are busing to, we create centralized bus locations. Unlike the school year where we have numerous stops, these stops might be further from your home. A parent/guardian may choose any DEPOT stop for their student for the school they are attending. Bus information on this page is for the following summer programs:
Third Grade Reading Camp
Primary and Secondary Enrichment Programs
Secondary Summer School (7th through 12th grade)
Stops listed are good for the week only. Parents/Student must check back every weekend to verify if a stop is still available. Transportation will be actively monitoring the stop load and if no student is using the stop, it will be removed the following week.
We will provide transportation for Enrichment Camps if they are housed at a school that receives busing for 3rd Grade Reading or Secondary Summer School.
We will not be handing out pre-filled bus passes before Summer School. We will inform the schools of the available DEPOT stops and the families can choose their stop location from the list on the form.
Badges from the school year can be used during summer school. Please keep them safe. If you do not have a badge, the student ID number must be entered into the tablet when boarding and exiting the bus every time.
Blank bus pass link: Blank Bus Pass. The document is to be given to the driver on the first day the student rides. Without this document, the driver will not know where to let the student disembark at the end of the day and the student is responsible for getting off at the correct location. For each summer enrichment program, you will need one of these forms (if they are doing multiple enrichment programs to different schools and utilizing the bus). Parents must print out the blank bus pass and fill in the details and stop they choose. Parents should make 2 copies of the blank bus pass to fill out (1 for the AM and 1 for the PM).
Links below are to pre-register for a bus. This will allow the driver to see the student on the tablet. We will assign students to their requested stop if they use this form. These forms are NOT to be used for Summer Bridge or ESY summer school.
Summer School Fine Arts– Form for ONLY the students attending the Fine Arts Summer program.
Summer School Transportation Request– Form for all non-specialized busing: Reading, General Summer School, and Enrichment
