The School Board of Brevard County Florida
In accordance with F. S. 1008.25(10)(b), Brevard Public Schools reports the following regarding the statutory regulation of student progression, school board policies and procedures on retention and promotion, and any changes to the District’s School Board policy on retention and promotion from school year 2024-25 to 2025-26. The School Progression Plan (SPP) has undergone School Board approval. The Student Progression Plan (SPP) may be viewed in its entirety on the District website at the following link. Updated Legal Foundations
